As Founding member & Director- Business Development, I have been
instrumental in setting up the India operations of ITCONS
e-Solutions Pvt Ltd starting from zero base. I had been
instrumental for bringing new business for HR staffing &
recruitment, HR consulting, offshore software development and
Hardware sales. In addition to this, I have helped company to
manage the cash flow and financial planning aligned to the growth
rate of the company along with client relationship
management. Achievements: • Made the company to grow to 30+
employees from zero. • I have been able to get $0.5 million
offshore software development business to the company during the
first year of operations itself. • I arranged half a million
dollar staffing and recruitment business from domestic market
itself. • Helped company to spread its span into BPO &
Hardware sales space. • Helping Company to raise funds for
expansion
