I come from a small middle class nuclear family who are god fearing and have strong moral values of live and let live carrying strong emotional bonding towards both paternal and maternal sides.We are more of practical social animals who believe in simple living and happy go lucky attitude

keep things simple and take one task at a time.Being observant and Curious can be two strong pillars of this profile.constantly observe your seniors do.Honesty should remain in job where you are and a personal interest in work or perform.if a person is not curious – he cannot make a career here.

Variety in products catching up .human dependency on Mobile/Hand Held products.lot of direct marketing happening .marketing trend bias towards Video’s or Pictures , anything which is interactive , people are able to see listen and feel.Media Influence like Blogs,Tweets,Tailor Marketing,Value selling
Importance of 4ps
Product,Place,Price,Promotion,ideal blend also called the marketing Mix in terms.The words are self explanatory for achieving success if you do the right Promotion with right promotional tools strategies & Place your product with a right timing and right price–Success is yours.
Motivating Factor
negativity around me – which pumped me to perform and outshine my peers.Obviously corporate recognitions / rewards were motivating but what mattered most to me was my satisfaction level with family support than someone else perception on my job well done.employers goals was more important

Obv those strategies are not put across on public domains here,but obviously as mentioned above the ground market knowledge with the 4P’s will be used in positioning. Also Intersil is a well known brand which does not need introductions or positioning.

define my targets first and make it public along with everyone so that all are accountable for the responsibility they shoulder.define the objectives in short term and long term always preferably doing more analysis / ground works then execution.

is reduced expense in doing online. it is measureable , it can well be tracked , counted and I have even seen some good Marcom practices where by this information can be leveraged / converted into lot of Sales.With the world being more Internet savvy and people getting more addicted to this On line
