Zensar is among the Top 20 companies in the Indian IT BPO industry and has reported a scorching pace of growth in its ten years of existence. The average age of employees is getting lower and their aspirations are going higher. In such an environment a challenging workplace and good support systems are needs to ensure that both their emotions and their expectations are managed and the organization enables them to be the best they can be.
