Important career decisions
I remember how much shocked my parents were and how much scared when i said i gonna be a sales man. But, that was the most important decision I had ever made.
Also , I decided to do a sales where we dont find many ( unlike , Insurance , Banking etc ) . Selected Dot Com as the place of mine and started travelling in it.
Handling Grievances
Simple. Sit and Talk to the employee to find out the reality , Validate the words given by him/her , take appropriate action to it but will react as fast as i can.
Caz I feel most of grievances are basically a imaginary feeling of dissatisfaction or bad experiences.
My advice
I think i am too young to advice for someone , but i follow few principles within myself ,
I Invest myself more on people , I dont repeat my mistakes , I try lead by example , Trying to be keep me highly energetic.

I'am Proud , I have Trained , motivated , Constructed quality employees for the organization and also implemented few sales strategies and improved efficiency of each employee and overall all efficiency too .
Managing personal and professional life
You need to first make sure you have planned, organized, and structured you and your team . Team should to be a kind of Ready Set Go . Learn Each employee's strength and weakness , should help you to assign task .
When all your task are perfectly assigned i think the dots are rightly connected.
Team Management
Thank god , I have very interactive team which used to talk all good and bad . I can say , i have healthy team environment - Daily Group Lunch , Weekly / Fortnight a team out etc.

Be a people man , lead from Front and lead by example by not always, sometime leaders should know when to step back , talk more to your employees , motivate them , Keep yourself highly positive and highly energetic , look back experience and walk forward
