Challege in job
Where there is a work there are challenges. You should have the ability to face it and solve it. These challenges make me to work hard with dedication. The college life and the professional life’s are totally different where everyone has to change accordingly. The person, who grasps the key points of success, will get succeed and which I follow in my day today work.
Job made easy
Nothing is impossible and nothing is difficult. The dedication and hard work makes everything possible. And I follow the same in my work. The best thing you can learn from these challenges is the ability to take decisions, quick response and the time management. If you have dedication and interest towards work then all problems can be solved easily. Dedication, hard work, timely response and commitments which are the most important factors I consider during work and give me success in whatever I do.

Upcoming trends
Eagerness in learning new technology changes, team building and risk taking capacity will help to change my career in couple of years.

My point of view
Yes we have many technical talents in India but those are not used for our country growth, that talent is used by other countries. The main reason for this is our Politician’s and the laws. And it is also because of less salary issues, not proper respect on job and the inside management policies. There is no proper encouragement to the young talented peoples.
My goals
It’s a very difficult to plan your future perfectly. But it is good to set your goals and decide your aims and walk on the way to achieve the same.
Family background
I'm belongs to middle class family. In my family, my father is working as carpenter and mother who is housewife. I also have one younger brother who is Mechanical Engineer have worked with Shree Renuka sugars for 4 years in Pune as Purchase and Project Engineer. Now he is studying MS in germany in Duisburg University. I got married to Miss joystna, who have completed MS in Computer Engineering from CHangwon National University, South Korea. Being from a very small family and poor family, my parents graduated us both. Their hard work was the real inspiration to choose an engineering field.
Advice to professionals
First choose a field or career in which have interest and you can think you wil grow. Set your aims and goals and decide some deadline. Work hard and also give time to your relations and Enjoy with your family & friends.

Advice to students
First of all, I will tell them that don’t concentrate only on studies, take parts in all sports, cultural activities and technical events. That will make you to get courage and to keep you healthy and updated. Secondly, the students not thought according to future requirement. They are not developed according to the companies’ requirement. There should be advanced learning with latest technology changes. They should be developed both in mentally and physically.
