• Reporting to QA manager about all the production and packing
activities related to tablets and Powder. • To co-ordinate
with quality control department for getting in-process test
request form, finished products analytical reports and other line
activities. • Responsible for issuing batch records, and
batch record review. • Co-ordination with other department
personals to deliver the company target.(pdn) • Responsible
for the implementation and maintenance of cGMP on the
premises. • Schedule for validation batch get from QA manager
and planning for the sampling the product and making
protocols. • Mainly concentrating of in-process quality
control checking like line clearance, physical parameter
checking, approval of products and checking of log books of all
machineries, during the process like dispensing, granulation,
blending, compression, coating, packaging. • In process
quality assurance checks in packing and Manufacturing. •
Handling of deviations • Batch Processing Record Review for
BMR & BPR • Submission of complete BPR (validation,
commercial batches) • Finished Product Release • Self
Inspection of the Plant • Execution of Process Validation
activities and Cleaning validation activities • Coordination
with supporting departments for documents and execution of
Equipment, Cleaning validations • Checking of Product Master
documents like BMR, BPR, Validation Protocols • Sampling of
Raw Materials and Packaging Materials and their dispensing
