Done Differently:
The learning experience I gained in the past years is of great value to me. However, I always dreamt of doing Analysis work which could take me into the Live market and move towards Strategic Consulting; Unfortunately, we dont have much work of this kind in Indian market

Prior to this I was handling recruitment and was leading a team. Now I am doing recruitment and a little of Resource mapping activities; I am also involved in employee engagement activities; designing and implementing the employee bonding programmes. Exposed to handling Audit and policy framework
