Strongest Subject

My strongest Subject is Computer Architecture and Fault Tolerant Computing. The reason being I have done my P.hd on fault tolerant computing. Computer Architecture is my another strongest subject as I have been teaching this course since the start of my teaching career.

Unique way of teaching

Some of the important strategies that can be adopted are :-

2. Bringing real-life scenarios into teh classroom

Way to motivate Students

First of all I try to understand the psychology of my students. I always plan for a lesson before going into the class so as to keep the students engaged as much as possible. In the class give them sense of control or choice. It can be very frustrating for students to complete an assignment or even to behave in class if there aren’t clearly defined objectives. Students want and need to know what is expected of them in order to stay motivated to work. At the beginning of the semester, I lay out clear objectives, rules, and expectations of students so that there is no confusion and students have goals to work towards.
Creating a positive spirit of competition in the classroom.
There is no other form of motivation that works quite as well as encouragement. Even as adults we crave recognition and praise, and students at any age are no exception. I give students a bounty of motivation by rewarding success publicly, giving praise for a job well done, and sharing exemplary work.

Most Challenges facing by students

The students need to develop an attitude : I can do it ! We can do it !

Important Lesson

The most important lesson that I have learned is to trust God in every circumstance. Lots of times we go through different trials and following God's plan seems like it doesn't make any sense at all. God will never leave us.

Good things come to those who still hope even though they’ve been disappointed, to those who still believe even though they’ve tasted failure. So never regret anything that has happened in your life; it cannot be changed, undone or forgotten. Take it all as lessons learned and move on with grace.

About Me

I come from from a middle class family. My hometown is Karnal. All my education till 10+2 is from Karnal. Then I did my B.sc (Computer Applications) and MCA from Kurukshtera University. After that M.phil from Vinayka Missions university and P.hd from Singhania University. I started my Teaching career in 2006. I was associated with Gitarattan International Businees school (Affiliated to GGSIPU Univ, New Delhi) for almost 2 years. Then I also carry with me teaching experience of overseas. I have taught in AbuDahbi, UAE and now I am presently teaching in a University at Saudi Ararbia

My Parents are my role model who always keep me going through all the struggles and challenges of life. Because of their encouragement and motivation, I achieved whatever I wanted.

Most Rewarding Moment

One of my undergraduate student in YUC published her paper in IEEE under my guidance. The title of paper was Tarneem O. Barayan, Hanan Dakheel, Ruchi Tuli “Congestion and Latency in Symmetric Interconnection Topology”, IEEE ICOS2012 conference held in Malaysia". Because of this work I gained a lot of recognition and fame.
