Company and job profile

My Self Dinesh Solanki,from Pali(rajasthan).always i want my life of significance,i am from very poor family my father is govt teacher,and my father is my hero for entire buildup this empire.i never want to do job because i don't want any boss.so i decided to open business and now i am the boss.but one thing is important in life that you have to be choose your career what you like not by your neighbor and neither person.now i am running consultancy and software company NE Systems in Udaipur.my massage to all youngster that create the job and be entrepreneur in our country.

Managing professional as well as personal life

i do work at office and arrange daily meeting for my staff that what work the have to do and not.i never make pressure at my employee for work but i encourage all time so they do work fast and clear.
always we live like family in office and you know there is family where he never loose any thing.
and same thing in my personal life do better and get best.

My important career decision

i never take my life as such a like weight ,i was free from my mind that i have to do business and business.so no doubt about my career because i was clear from my school days that i will be business tycoon.

Marketing ,people convince,team leader,and most important how to teach for achieve target.

yes as i told you already that my father is govt teacher and my mother is housewife.we are 4 brother and sisters.And my wife bharti is my back born for my work and mental satisfaction.

i am not a job seekers i am job creators.

do your work like worship love your job never get negative about your job because this is the platform not your destination so keep working.

My achievement

first when i was in school i achieved RAJYAPAL AWARD in scout and guide in 1999.
in 2000 RASTRAPATI AWARD training session completed.
in collage days i got best director award in drama.
and in business i got silver trophy.
