Changes In The Professional Environment:
I would say technology is the main thing which changed the whole corporate culture.
It is very easy to call face to face with a customer and discuss the issues. Even we can make a conference call face to face. We can track shipment online which all were not possible at the time of my joining.

I was in-charge of documentation section in export department. One day president of my previous company offered me an opportunity to handle overseas marketing. I accept it as a challenge and turned that opportunity in to success.

The Journey So Far:
I have stared my carrier in 1998. At the time of start of my carrier I have learn a lot in the corporate world. That time my designation was Export Assistant. Since than I got many promotions and now heading the department.
Plans For The Future:
I see myself on a top management position in the organization where by with all my enhanced learning and skill, I shall be able to make up a valuable and meaningful contribution to the organization.
Working Life Management:
I used to find it hard not to take stuff home and this was because I found it hard to start things and then not finish them. Now if I don’t finish things, I just don’t finish them. My baby is more important than my job, but my job is key for our survival. So it’s a vital balance to strike.
