Professional Strengths:
I am a very Quick Learner and always ready to venture into unknown domains. I believe my strongest proffessional attribute is my attitude towards my team and work.
Degrees That Matter:
Yes. The CBAP degree from IIBA
Working Life Management:
1) I never take work to home
2) Family for me always comes first
3) When there is too much work I may stay longer in office but if there is less work I never stay back to clock hours.
Role Model:
My Dad has always been my Role model in life and has always inspired me on how to lead my life with honesty. He has shown me that being a good human being is far more important than being successful. Proffessionally my ex-lead has been my role model on how to thribe in this industry.
Done Differently:
Nothing too different as I feel whatever I have acheivied in my career was praobably the best that could have happened to me. However if I have to do something different then I would move in to consulting quite early in my career as that was a phase that I enjoyed the most.
Advice For New Professionals:
My advice would be to use the raw energy that is packed in them to the fullest and give more than 100% now so that they are in a comfortable place when they start a family. More than anything else one must look to have a positive attitude towards work and coleagues that would lead to others as well
Growth Strategy:
I try to learn as much as possible from my seniors, peers and juniors specially on developing a better attitude towards my work and team. I also take time out to reflect on the things I have done and try to analyse how good or bad they were.
The Journey So Far:
My journey in the Corporate world has been very enriching. Having had the rare chance to work in technologies like Mainframes to DataPower, this journey has built me to a person who is not stuck to on technology. It also gave me the chance to work as BSA on a Business Front.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
On a proffessional front I have always tried to be one whom people look up to and I feel I have acheived it till date. On a personal front, building a home for my family is an acomplishment I had always dreamt of and I am really proud to have acheived it.
Contribution to the field
I am working for Infosys Limited currently as a Technology Lead.
Career Profile:
Leading a team of 8 and working in latest technology (DataPower) to deliver middleware software applications. My previous role involved working as a BSA and developer in legacy systems using age old Mainframe and AS/400 technologies.
Plans For The Future:
I see myself managing a team of enthusiastic proffessionals and getting deliveries done smoothly.
