My family background
Brought up in a joint family. Have a brother and lots of cousins.
Important decision

This movement across domains helped me understanding the overall essence of project life cycle and gain a greater knowledge of different processes that takes place in a project

Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Successful leaders are the ones who maintain good relations with their followers. Always maintain good relations. Successful leaders are also good listeners. They radiate positive energy wherever they go.
Initiative to develop a country
Take up CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). Help in spreading education. Help in protecting environment. Contribute in all ways one can towards the society.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
More schools are to be established. Education has to penetrate to every corner of the country. Education drop out rate should be reduced. Process of teaching should be more practical than just theoretical.
Degree that I recommend
I always wished to have an MBA degree or a management degree. Hope it will be a reality soon.
My role model
