My family background

I am belonging from Core village . I have one elder brother (he has three kids and have two sister who have got marriage 25th years ago. Now a days i have only my father.

Brief description about me

I am professional Geologist working in Steam organization Geological Survey of India (GSI). GSI is prime organization of survey for potential matter present on the Earth surface/ or sub-surface. From the last one and half year i am working in this organization.

I have number of published paper in the field of Engineering Geology, Fluid Inclusions and Sedimentology.

Finally i would like to say that i am self motivated and self directed person and giving my success credit to my cousin brother Mr. B R Prasad with blessing of my parents.

What kind of essential qualities does a person require to became a successful leader?

The first essential quality required in success is integrity.Integrity is something that explains a person's inner values. Second is Magnanimity is another essential quality that simply means to give credit where it is due.
A successful person must not limit himself to strictly managing people, but should also take part in all types of activities.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

I think we must educate first villagers, since our country is village based. even now a days many of the villager they don,t have money to teach their kind, so we help in this way
