My parents-Mahatma Gandhiji & Swami Vivekanand are the persons who have most influenced me in my life.
Parents : My father Shri Dineshchandra who served for 30 years in single organisation - APAR Industries Pvt Ltd - joined has supervisior & retired as Production Manager. He has not made huge money like others though he was Electrical cum Mechinical Engg.from M.S.University, Baroda.My mother who is from reach family background has spent her life in struggle with healh(she cannot go outside without someone help since last more than 35 years due to vertigo/other diseases)& economic situations..from Rs.400/- per month salary of my father ..she has created home for us.
Mahatma Gandhiji:- As my DOB is also 2-10-1974, this great personality has only teach me one single rule of life :"Truth-Non-violence & respect to all religion" - I made my career .
Swami Vivekanand: "Arise awake..util you achive goal". I have put this rule in life and reached to MNC lelvel with abroad experience.

Initiative to develop a country

I personally believe that we professionals are only responsibles for current situation of mother India. We, professionals, in student life very busy to get the Rank/study - after study - busy in making career & there after to maintain name & fame. We do ot give time to issues related to National interest. On election day - not going to vote & talking about the scams & giving opinions about the situation of India.

If professionals take active interest in Indian policitcs- we can remove the mud from Indian Parliament.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

He must have vision to see world as human then Indian citizen then representative of State-Region-area - community & family. Successful leader is one who manages every odd situations very tactfully and convert the same into even situation. I personally believe that amongst the Indian Political leader ..Mr.Narendra Modi is one of the best example of perfect successful leader.

Degree that I recommend

Honestly speaking, experience is the only tool for success in career. Though I have not finished my ICWAI Final, I have come across the situation where senior who was CA with CS asking subordinate...Tell me how you will do this thing ? I want to know are you capable to do the same or not ? ..Professional Degress/Certification with rich level of experience helpful in career to manage/handle any unwanted situation.

My strongest skill

Ability to read the mind of others-judge the situation backed by accounting-auditing-liasioning skills are stongest professional skills.• Apart from above effective communication,Computer and technical literacy,Problem-solving/Creativity,Interpersonal abilities,Teamwork skills,Diversity sensitivity,Planning and organizing,Leadership and management,Adaptability and flexibility,Professionalism and work ethic,Positive attitude and energy are my stongest attributes.

Important lesson learned

Professional Life :-Only hard work with honesty-sincerity is not enough for success in professional life. Never teach all lessons to your colleages in office.
Personal Life : In case of personal life lose everything to win the hearts of family members. Parents are the most precious wealth of life.Respect the woman in family for prosperity in life.
Over all lession of life :"Person can take your share in weath/share but no one has dare to take what is in your fate."

As mentioned earlier, my parents-Mahatma Gandhiji- Swami Vivekanand are my role models who inspires me everytime.

My achievements

I am from poor middle class family,I am the first family member to go abroad for the job. With only hard,honest & sincere work- I made my family happy & parents to live their peaceful retirement life. During my childhood, I have come across the situation where my father was using bi-cycle with my mother & us(myself & my brother) ..now we both have our own car for travelling. So family achivement from bicycle to car & in case of professional life : Ordinary Accountant to Asst.Mager(F&A) with Best Suggestion Award from TATA Projects with abroad experience are proud off.

The undersigned has the pleasure to take this opportunity to introduced myself as currently working with Isolux Corsan as Assistant Manager - F881984A for NHAI Project in Gujarat - Soma Isolux Surat Hazira Tollway Pvt Ltd and previously occupied the position of Assistant Accounts Officer -(ERP CIT)(S-3 Grade) -TATA Projects Ltd. -Hyderabad.I have also previous exposure of Siemens SUGEN 1130 MW CCPP 881984 CAIRN Energy, Radhanpur Terminal Project and also as Senior Commercial Officer for Quatlum Power Project, Simplex Infrastructure, Doha, Qatar.I have also received appreciation awards from Employers i.e. Best Suggestion Award'2007 from TATA Projects Ltd881984 Sahajanand Group - Medical division Appreciation Award.Also my idea participation suggestion for safe 881984 secure Gujarat has been posted on the CM- Mr.Naredndra Modi's website too.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Current political leaders have made educational institutes as Business entities. What is shown in 3 idiots movie ... our education system not producing any quality youth that can built India. Our youth is busy in facebook & sex book and don't have ability to face the competative situation in life. Present Grade system has completely remove the zeal of child to achieve the rank amongest the class and thereby destroy the quality to accept the challenges. Caste reservation in education to be removed. Percentage criteria with rank to be based for admissons in various courses. Use of latest technoliges to teach th studnets to be sued but major concern for us : Is India having teachers who are well techno savy??/Forget the education system in India, there are still villages in India when there is no road & electricity.To improve the quality of education first we have to develop infratructure & knowledge of teachers.

Important decision

1990 :Upto 10th - SSC - I have opted Science stream
From 11th - I have made decision to go Commerce stream to become C.A.
1992 : After 12th HSC Exam - went to Surat with Uncle(MAMA)- Tax Consultant - join his office & leave parents at Baroda.
2001 : Say Goodbye to Mama & started the job as accountant.
2006 : Joined TATA Group Company & entered into construction industry.
2008 : Went to Doha,Qatar to join Simplex Infrasture as Sr.Commercial Officer (Last decision was so important for me becasue I have missed my son's - childhood for 9 months).
I specially thanks to my wife who has sacrificed & managed the situation with my 9 months son.

Ensuring success

Still I am pursing study to finish the CWA Final exam. Continuously reading the latest developments through subscptions/magazines & articles on the net. Always keep away self from office politics & negative things. Spent time for prayer & little bit time with family members.
