I believe that from birth to death we all are students. Life teaches us many lessons. Our Knowledge, Experience, Skills etc. defines our overall professional profile while our values, behavior, attitude and affinity towards people decides our personal profile . So we should always strive to improve ourselves on both the fronts: personal & professional. And to continue to grow in life I follow some basic teachings which we all learn from parents and teachers in our childhood. Some of them are listed below

Important lesson learned

Self-help is always respected.In life when you depend too much on others you can never succeed in your life. We must always work hard to achieve what we want in our life.Never compromise with your aspiration. We are the creators of our own destiny,never depend on luck.Always remember luck favours the brave

. Work consistently, patiently and persistently to achieve your goals..Do it by yourself. No one else will do that for you. Even God helps those who learn to help themselves

Initiative to develop a country

Entrepreneurship is the key towards the development of India. A well educated class must understand that creating jobs is necessity of India. Unemployment fuels poverty, crimes and anarchy in nation.Our huge population will become our best asset if it is used in right direction.Hence to channelize the energy of masses leaders must come forward by leaving their high package jobs and create their own Organizations where they can create opportunity for themselves and provide bread and butter to their employees.Leaders should understand that rather than going abroad and living materialistic life, they must stay here or come back to India and work towards the growth of our nation

My achievements

Acharya Bhise Award in Education field is my biggest achievement in life,the reason being I got an award named after one of the Karmayogi in Education sector who established Ashramshalas for poor Adiwasi children in Maharashtra

My role model

I take inspiration from many people in my life like my parents,teachers,friends,siblings, my colleagues.I do believe in philosophies of Gandhiji, Sant Kabir,Guru Nanak, Buddha,Basaveshwar and many others. Life of people like Amitabh bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar, Jackie Chan, Baba Amte, Sir Martin Luther king jr etc. always inspired me. But I do consider King of Bollywood as my role model. His life always inspired me. He is charming,witty,energetic,hardworking,very professional,genuine, philosophical and a true hero in his personal life. Without any Godfather in film industry he achieved so much by his work.He is the real Baazigar

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Educational System in India is lagging behind by several decades of where exactly we could read have after so many years of Independence. There are many problems which should be fixed from the grass route level. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan (SSA) is the best example in front of us that if we decide seriously we can easily carry our the changes we need in our education system.It is possible only by political ambition and by taking help from visionary like our ex-president Dr.A P J Abdul Kalam who already has created a good roadmap for education sector under his vision 2020 project.
Education should be more practical and vocational in nature.It should be upto date and relevant to recent time.Good infrastructure of educational institutions we must open up Education Sector bit more for FIIs and FDIs. Inclusive growth is necessary. There is a need to focus more on Innovation and Research. it is possible only by encouraging more and more students to opt for PhDs by providing them proper resources.Mid day meals have certainly increased number of students in primary schools but we must try that they should continue their education even after School. Higher Education should be cheaper too. There must be proper control over fees structure of private institutes. Its important to increase budget for Education in India and proper utilization of money for the improvement of quality of Education.Teachers should get respectable salaries.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

To become a successful leader one must have following essential qualities.
1) Leader must be empathetic.He should understand his every team member properly.He should encourage team work and at the same time encourage his every team member to give his100%
2) Leader should lead from the front.Motivate others by setting his own example
3) Leader should always appreciate his team and give credit to them for the victories and accept responsibilities of failure by himself
4) Leaders must strive to create more leaders in his team
5) Courage, Quick decision making, Cool head, Positive attitude, Maturity, Faith in team, etc, are some more virtues

Brief description about me

Born in a Hindu middle class family in Aamchi Mumbai i always shared a spirit of the city: keep walking. I am Deepak Vitthal Doddamani, Founder of Ashwamedh Group in Mumbai. Being serial entrepreneur I always loved multi-tasking. Right now I am working in four sectors simultaneously: Media,Education,Finance and Social work. I am passionate about teaching and counselling, I love reading books on Motivation,Philosophy and Entrepreneurship. I am always ready to learn and accept new challenges. My pen name is 'Deepbaazigar' and I blog on regular intervals. I am proud to be Indian and believe in 'Work is Worship'.
