My family background

4 member in my family. Father was in ARMY. Two brother no sister. I am a patient of Poly Arthritis by when I was 7 years old. Not Highly Educated.

Couple of years from now

I don't want see my self at the top of height. I am a person of grass route level. However, I want to be a stair for many people who really deserve the same. As I opened a recruitment firm for providing a better opportunity to eligible person who belongs from backward states and villages.

Ensuring success

First of all, I would like share that Neither, I am a Business man nor a NGO person.
I just started the recruitment firm with a very small money. I am not doing any kind of advertisement to improve my work level. My work will let me go ahead in my field. Basically, I am Accountant. So, performance and success calculation would be in my hand always.

Influenced by

I really influenced by me. Because No one can be me and I can't behave like others. I will start to follow others then there is no doubt I will lose my self. It is said that "Yes I am What I am." I feel happy to see myself in mirror.

First and last, Those who have very clear vision and can go very long alone to find the real destiny without any double thinking.

My strongest skill

My strongest professional skills is my failure part of my professional life. Whatever mistake I did in my professional career. I just keep rewind the same in my mind and start assuming the result in advance if I will do this way. According to me, There are very few things to move ahead in real life and that is INTEGRITY.

Important lesson learned

Be flexible and Honest. No one can predict the future that what is going to happen. According to situation, person should be adjustable for their future prospectives, for earning the bread & butter for his family.

Important decision

Strong Decision doesn't helpful always. I took so many decision in my life and all were common in a way that is Self Confidence and Always keep my attitude superior. And reason behind this, I resigned from so many company. It does not mean that I was bad performer and unskilled person. I just left all just because of my honesty and straight attitude.

Degree that I recommend

No Degree, No Certification required in this world. Only person should be ready to say YES in all situation...Those who never give up easily. can move ahead in their life.
