Plans For The Future:
No idea as India is not a land of opportunities, but I can create opportunities for myself and others to scale new heights when everybody feel that He is different. I wish to serve the needy, especially unemployed inferior youth to instill confidence in them, and to create future leaders.

At present I am independent HR Consultant, Corporate Trainer, Career Coach and Media Analyst associated with well known organisations and companies of repute. My role is to create, develop business opportunities for my company through exploring new markets with my networking skills.

Having an illustrious career spanning 28 years experience in various industries such as Civil Defence, Media, Biotech, IT, ITES, Education and Training. As I am very much passionate about people management, which eventually lead me to master HRD and HRM skills, learnt many new skills in the process

The Decisions That Mattered:
Identifying that I am good at people management with patience, passion and positive attitude has lead me to switch gears from vernacular Media to Corporate world. Joining the corporate world has widened my horizons, which helped learn new skills, meeting new people along the way lead to diversify.
Degrees That Matter:
I love to add P.G. in Psychology and GPHR to the list of my qualifications. I strongly feel that this will strengthen my theory and strengthen my functional style towards more result oriented approach. I also feel that this will strengthen my process thinking skills to take my career further.
Working Life Management:
I never carry office problems to Home, to help sustain sweet home image within my family. I focus more on my hobbies such as Music, Literature, Lyric writing, singing, where all my family members involve. I always took care to create like minded family from the beginning and not money minded.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
In the beginning of my career, I sat with twenty people in one hall. By the time recession hit India Inc, I am having my AC cabin to function smoothly, solving the problems of the whole organisation, not just talking of twenty people. Learning experience enhanced with learning organisations.
Growth Strategy:
Continuous reading of new books and the latest is 'The Holy CEO, meeting the people with whom I network online, attending Leadership Seminars organised by networks like Siliconindia, NHRD, ISTD, NIPM, Rotary Club and Alumni Network. Interacting with unemployed youth to help enhance their KSAs.
Done Differently:
Due to my family problems, my education took beating and I wish to continue my education till Ph.D without any break, which will help build my career and to reach top without much obstacles. This decision with action plan itself will make a difference to my career, if I start all over again.
Professional Strengths:
As A Senior HR Generalist Professional, I am strong in all HR functions, and I love to handle Recruitment and Training functions with passion, which will help build great organisations.
