Working Life Management:
The right balance for today will probably be different from tomorrow. The right balance when a person single will be different when he marries or if he has children; when he starts a new career versus when he is nearing retirement.There is no perfect, one-size fits all. The best work-life balance is different for each of us because we all have different priorities and different lives.
However, for me work-life balance is based on two key concepts. Achievement and Enjoyment. Both are like the two sides of a coin,but we have to take care of both sides simultaneously.

Career Profile:
Now in this current profile I am playing the role of the second man of my HR department and dealing with almost all the major HR gamut where as in my previous profile I used to deal with the administration only which included payroll, safety, security & house keeping.
The Decisions That Matter
In my early days I used to practice law in District Court at my home town. Letter on I got an opportunity to handle administration in an Integrated Steel Plant's Sponge Iron wing which was far from my home. But I decided to shift my base as well as switch my career to take that new responsibility which turned out as a mile stone and a major career decision in my life.
The Journey So Far:
Well its a challenging environment which is making me confident and stronger after each passing days which has a direct and positive impact on my leadership & decision taking capability. It is a bit difficult to be a hard core HR professional and an Employee's man in the same time which I managed to pull out from my experience and natural quality to attract people. I have to learn much more so I keep my self posting on each and every aspects which has a direct or indirect relationship with my personal as well as professional growth.
