I am happy in my personal life. And the true happiness comes only through connecting the right dots. In my professional life my all followers are happy and respect me.
I always remains close to my employee. I give them much respect, love to work in friendly environment with discipline. I Clearly explain them for his grievances. Always I take quick action in solving his grievances.

Always positive attitude, Being self confident, trust worthy, motivation, inspiration, willing to take risk , honesty, respect and discipline is the key factor of successful leader. Leaders has a third sense of thinking and doing accordingly. A good leader always search a new path and maintain balance between mind and heart.
Keep the focus on ‘profit with principles’. Collect knowledge and experience. Do not restrict yourselves to classroom learning. All I would say is - open your minds, Teach yourself to think rationally.
So, After all, the entire journey is about mind development.
Discipline, integrity, hard working and self-confidence - these are the keys to realizing your dreams. Money, Money, Money. Not lost only for money in this glamorous world.
My views on India Technical development
The task of developing outstanding new products is difficult, time-consuming, and costly. People who have never been involved in a development effort are astounded by the amount of time and money that goes into a new product. Great products are not simply designed, but instead they evolve over time through countless hours of research, analysis, design studies, engineering and prototyping efforts, and finally, testing, modifying, and re-testing until the design has been perfected.
My Indian enterprenure has no patience. He wants more and more profit in less investment in less time. All of them wants corruption which is easy methods of earning more money for both Govt. and Enterprenure.
Due to lackness of facilities in India either technical telent goes abroad or he change his career in B. Education . In this glamorous world every one likes and gives only importance of money. Indian entrepreneurs are also responsible for this act. Indian Govt. Is also equjally responsible.
More and more policy have to be framed in this regards. Doubling funding for key research agencies to support scientists and entrepreneurs, so that we can preserve India’s place as the world leader in innovation, and strengthen Indian leadership in the 21st century’s high-tech knowledge-based economy. To prepare Indian children for a future in which they can be the highly skilled Indian workers and innovators of tomorrow, have set the goal of preparing more and more science and math teachers. These teachers will meet the urgent need to train one million additional science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) graduates over the next decade.
