Advice to management leader
Keep the focus on 'profit with principles'. Collect knowledge and experience. Do not restrict yourselves to classroom learning. All I would say is - open your minds, Teach yourself to think rationally.
So, After all, the entire journey is about mind development.
Discipline, integrity, hard working and self-confidence - these are the keys to realising your dreams. Money, Money, Money. Not lost only for money in this glamorous world.
Managing personal life and business
I am happy in my personal life. And the true happiness comes only through connecting the right dots. In my professional life my all followers are happy and respect me.
Most influenced
My father influenced me in my life. He was very hardworking, very helpful, truthful, and had more confidence. According to him nothing is impossible if you are dedicated to your goal, but it may take some time. He never gave the importance of money. Other people who influenced me is Mother Tarrasa for social work, Swami Vivekanand for wisdom and Rajiv Gandhi for his thought of using computer for solving the employment problem in india.
Difficulties faced
I always remains close to my employee. I give them much respect, love to work in friendly environment with discipline. I Clearly explain them for his grievances. Always I take quick action in solving his grievances.
Grievances may be due to improper working conditions, irrational management beagviour or policies or it can be interpersonal work related issues
I believe in taking quick cognisance and acknowledgement of any such matter even if it’s a small matter.Taking quick action to identify amd resolve with proper examination of facts.I always use a positive, friendly ways to resolve the crisis than punitive steps, which disturb the system.
