Other Thoughts:
Don't ever think about your background or the place you come from just keep your self remind that where do you want to go and what you want to accomplish. just don't think about the things that you never had rather think about the things you can have and make sure that the juice is worth the squeeze.
The Decisions That Matter
i have been focused through out my carrier. Even after post graduating i could not find the right type of job but i dint stop instead of sitting idol at home i went ahead with whatever options i had started with international BPO stayed there for a good time learnt new things and skills, and recently after lots of efforts i grabbed the right job at the right time .During all this i had to choose either to go for the job i like or to stay where ever i am but then i followed my passion and grabbed the right type of job. so the key learning for me is to keep moving don't get stuck because sometimes the journey is more important then the destination.
Plans For The Future:
I see my self as a manager directly engaged in international operations, travelling across the world for business promotions and taking care of international sales and marketing.
Growth Strategy:
Stay with a company, stick to the job for a longer time so that i will cement my learnings and would gain reputation in the organization which will eventually help me to avail all the future opportunities. i will stay focused and will try to balance my work life and personal life because that's the KEY to stay focused, motivated and agile!!
Career Profile:
There is no big difference however the industry is completely different but i still have to be a part of CRM. the nature of job has completely changed so is the product i used to deal with. key responsibilities are somewhat the same.
Advice For New Professionals:
Dont be a job hopper stay with a company, challenges would always be there but you have to decide in between the comfort zone or the carrier
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I have always been a customer centric person which eventually helped me to enjoy my work life and i loved my Job. i was rewarded as a highest debt controller in EXL. have been on top in terms of C-Sat during my work ex with Microsoft and Netgear as a part of cust support and sales i was able to deal with both the key responsibilities.
Done Differently:
The journey by far has been a fun i guess i would not think about this option.
The Journey So Far:
It has always been about three thing Sales, Marketing, and CRM no matter where i worked or what i have done.
Degrees That Matter:
BFT with MBA would be sufficient
