In general, I tend to put significant focus on identifying and correcting weaknesses to develop my skill as leader and improve performance. I learn day-to-day responsibilities and challenges require it - and when I have the opportunity to engage in experiences, draw lessons and insights from those experiences and apply the new knowledge and skills to the next experience. Challenging, real-life experiences are rich sources of growth and learning.

Career Profile:

My current role is leading the industrial design department along with Mr.Bhavin dabhi, Head of Machine design and achieving the target within the allotted time. My core responsibilities are managing the design activities in and out, doing product research, analysis an synthesis based on user needs, aspiration and wants, creating new possibilities in the design change and developing the new product design for the better business and product market. Right now we are making design and development for Industrial products, Agriculture product sectors, Medical and ICU devices and various machine products.

Plans For The Future:

Our company has an aim to become India’s best design agency in Machine, Agriculture and Medical design fields. And I am also looking to myself as a successful and top designer in India.

Job Profile:

I am the Head of the industrial design and design consultant of the firm. Our mission is to become the top design firm in the India within two years. Right now my roles are from Design research, Industrial design, Medical product design, Agriculture product design and Marketing I do all for my venture. My main area are to developing the different Design Research methods exploration and enhancing Evidence-based design approach and design methodology for Consumer and Product design market. On the business side getting good project and deals, Targeting new design areas and opportunities always. I am also giving expert design guidance in the area of “Product Design and Development “to the different small and medium MSME sectors & unit throughout the year in India. I am also the professional design consultant for NID.

Contribution to the field

I have designed and developed fifteen product designs in my career. Various design articles and publication has been published in various design magazines which show my different product design. I was the Finalist in Red Dot Design award competition in 2012, and Shortlisted and published design entries in IF Design awards, Germany,2013.

The Journey So Far:

As a holding basic mechanical engineering qualification along with CAD/CAM expertise, initial phase of the work life were doing engineering and design projects with the various MNC Company. But My career was changed when I completed my Post graduation as a Master in Product design from the Coventry University. After that I took a new challenge to lead and doing business in the new areas where industrial design need to do something meaningful. With this firm as Design Head, I took lots of new challenge, and cater for the needs of design opportunity in the MSME sectors and develop better product design and give best competition in the market.
