Working Life Management:
Good question - When I work I focus on work, as the work I do is my passion it doesn't stress me out. When I have family matters to take care I focus on that and keep my work aside for sometime.

My father- Self made and example setter. Always sticks by what is correct.

Job Profile:
I head the UX Practice for Indian division of Pitney Bowes. It started from establishing the UX Practice in India. Currently it is about growing the practice, budgeting, Global UX Strategy, Product Innovation and research
Done Differently:
People make mistakes and learn from them, I do the same. It is not about being perfect but always keep on trying to become perfect. The journey is the path you walk but you cannot guarantee the destination always. So walk the path you think right.
Advice For New Professionals:
Strive for excellence and don't always run after money. If you are master in your field money will come automatically. Have patience and keep on trying to be perfect and keep upgrading your definition of perfection every time you reach there.
