Thoughts on Education system of our country

Education system in India needs a definite improvement. The ways the system is runs in India is not proper. It needs to be made better. The education should be provided to each and every child, especially in the rural areas. The caste reservation should be reduced, so that everyone of us get an equal chance.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

First and foremost, the person should value time.Punctual,Good listener, People management, should put the team before himself(Person who values team work), Should have a never give up attitude.

Initiative to develop a country

Professionals can join the NGO's or private organizations who provide free education to below poverty line children. They should involve themselves and help the cause during their free time. They should elect good and dependable leaders who would dedicate their time for the development and good of the country.

I am a software engineer working as a Technical Lead in Bangalore. Also, I enjoy taking photos. I am passionate about photography. I would love to travel and visit different places.

My family background

My family hails from a place called Hospet near Hampi in Karnataka. My father is an advocate and my mother is a house wife. I have a younger brother who is also into software.
