Try to be sincerely interested in the people apart from the works I am entrusted to get done and do myself.

Major responsibility is the minimization of the losses as this is a loss making unit. Perhaps the responsibilities I have shared in my life have always remained the same.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Drastically. When I joined the job we had no calculators even. Now there are upheaval technological changes which have brought real revolution to the industries from all viewpoints.
