Measures to be taken
First I will study the life cycle of the business done by the company as per the areas and business potential in that Area. Review will be done by going through business achievements from the date of establishment of the company.cross checking the measures taken by the company to recover the business. Enumerating the defaults made by the previous management and taking steps to avoid the losses and implementing new strategies to increase the business. Having the meetings with all the employees of that division separately and finding all the reasons that affected the business and immediately taking wise steps to stop that condition influenced the losses. Motivating the team by declaring the new incentives to increase the business and making them a part to share some bonus in the profits earned beyond the break-even. Expanding the business to the new areas which are uncovered by the previous managements and appointing the new staff in that areas by opening new branches for new business

I had started my career as manager and reached to the Level of Director-Marketing by hard work, dedication towards the Goal, commitment, realization and the working experience with the cross culture of the country. Learnt dealing with the huge manpower in a productive way by working and leading huge teams across the country

Having almost 20 years ,of rich experience in the FMCG,Finance,Franchising, Marketing, Operations,Business Intelligence, HR Operations and Management Education,. Worked across the India and established so many new branches for the companies worked.Worked as Director,country Head, and Head-Marketing for different Mnc's of the country. Driving the huge sales team more than 20000 people in the different states and having complete in-depth demographic knowledge of the country in the aspect of the business potential. Having wide contacts across the GLOBE and go getting attitude. Made each opportunity a stepping stone to build the career. Guided so many employees to carve their career and motivated lakhs of employees and achieved the desired results of the companies.
