Most influenced factor
I can see the power of quality which drives the market and organizations. Which gives the competitive edge and makes one organization far ahead from others.
This is what, which influenced me the most. This is what for which I want to work for, to improve the quality of products and processes of the organization using my knowledge and skills.
I want to become a Chief Quality Officer in my upcoming professional years.
Challenges facing by students
In India, students are mostly deal with theories. They are far away from practicals. And this is why most of the companies now started 3 to 6 months training period for freshers. They mostly have theoretical knowledge and which is not going to be used in the real world.
I am saying all this because I have experienced this personally in my starting days of career. I have joined a San Francisco based IT company and they have just started their new development center in India. We have to work closely with foreign management/engineers through internet. At that time they assigned tasks like we were experienced but in actual we were not familiar of all those stuffs. Thank god that our CTO was Indian and he understood and told them that they need some training before becoming productive.
Top Indian colleges like IITs are giving practical training but I am talking about mid level colleges which are producing thousands of engineers every year on the basis of in house training.
My uniqueness
I am having a progressive nature and want to complete the task at hand with excellency.
Favorite Books and Articles
I have read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosak. It is an excellent book and gave me financial knowledge which I had never took in academics. Now I can understand what are my assets and what are my liabilities and where I have to spend my money.
Spare time activities
I love to make paintings, to watch Hollywood movies and serials like 24, Dexter, Fringe, Prison Break etc.
First Job Expectation
Company size, location and type of work they offer.
Most proud accomplishment
Still need to accomplish
Time Management
I am still feels that I am not very smart in prioritizing the tasks. I am prioritizing the task based on necessity. But somewhere I have learned that prioritize your tasks according to your end goals.
