Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
Mrs. Jyoti Bansal, my wife is an MBA Topper of Amity University Yr-2011. She is a simple, down to earth homemaker and an amazing cook. I am from Delhi and my ancestral roots belongs to Haryana.
Job Profile:
I am performing the role of CoE IT Leader for 2 acquisition business of Genpact viz. Genpact SMS CoE and Axis Risk Consulting CoE. I am leading the IT dept. for CPG, Retail and Risk Consultancy Vertical of Genpact and handling more than 30 SME team from different IT infrastructure sub-domain.
Degrees That Matter:
An MBA degree for good business model and strategy understanding along with technical certifications like MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, 6 Sigma and Lean Certification for indepth technical and end-to-end process knowledge has helped me so far.
Other Thoughts:
I have worked on 30 IT Infrastructure $1M RFP/RFQ’s, 50 IT infrastructure end-to-end projects implementation in US, UK and ASIA-Pac region 881984 managed transition of the company’s growth from 10 employees to over 2500 employee’s in less than 1.5 years. I have managed Tier-2/3 in-house/hosted DC's.

The Decisions That Matter
Getting trained on network, server and processes while performing the role of Desktop Support Engineer and moved to an Data Center operations management role. Accepting and resolving the business challenges and making my way from middle to top management.
Career Profile:
I have moved from an hand-on operations/delivery manager role resolving technical challenges of the company to a multiple IT business unit head role while resolving larger business challenges and achieving top-line and bottom-line goals.

Do planning & research towards your goals, be open to change as those are opportunities & accept challenges when they come in a focused & positive manner.
Working Life Management:
By taking multiple short breaks which keeps me fresh, doing what I feel passionate about and working with the like minded people with positive attitude and behavior towards continuous improvement. I make sure to keep the people around me happy/proud which have worked so far in my life.
