Prized Accomplishment(s):

Constantly learning and upgrading the requirement in a global technology world that is impacting tens and thousands of life of a daily basis.
Acknowledged for the knowledge gained so far in the senior management team that I have had opportunity to work with and the network build till date.

But I strongly believe there is a long way to reach the destiny called accomplishment...

The Decisions That Matter

According to me, career matters a lot not only in uplifting your role and remuneration but it has more to do with what you wish to accomplish with a balance in your personal goal as well.
The most important career decision that I would like to say is the day I decided to move out of a very well established and a huge organization known to be Asia's largest IT firm that continues to be on top of the list since the role did not allow me to explore and enhance the service delivery of my clients due to the traditional method in addressing each requirement that does not allow my clients to keep struggling with burning issue.
Joining RxPrism Health Systems that is currently a start-up but will sooner set a huge market standards allows all of its employees to work towards delighting the customer and always ready to eradicate the traditional barrier that even slightly reduces the pace to accomplish and delight the customer.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

It's growing more tough in terms of competition. There are loads of homework and dedication required to stay ahead of the curve.

Plans For The Future:

I don't believe in this since it dynamically varies with your personal life interference.

Working Life Management:

I think I give a lot of importance to this but still blamed for not doing a great job in this area

Advice For New Professionals:

Learn and love what you do. You will certainly be recognized and guided to grow more stronger than you wanted to be.

The Journey So Far:

Started my career as a Jr. Graphic Designer slowly started stretching my arms with an eager to learn and with a great assistance by my managers, senior management with whom I worked. They were able to identify my capability and started slowly giving responsibility and guidance to feel the happiness in accomplishing certain things and guided me in owning responsibilities and learning on my own.
With required guidance and eager to move up in career, I was able to start climbing the ladders in the Corporate world taking different roles such as Operations Management, Customer Engagement, Onsite Transition, pre-sales and others that has helped me to be up breast with the trend and technology to handle clients from a diverse location in this global technology driven world.

Career Profile:

Allows me to work directly with the R&D team exploring the new technology and features that can be developed in the products.
Strategically plan the requirement to ensure the product hits the market at the right time to be mutually benefit both client and us.
Brainstorming and conceptualizing the need of products and services that can be offered to the clients based on the burning requirement from the market analysis.
Constantly keep a tab on competitors move to ensure our products pipeline is secured to bag good reputation and revenue.

None except the right leadership guidance and eagerness to learn and excel in what you do being a part of today's competitive world. Rest from your academics.
