IN my point of view we having more then technical knowledge compare of other country but we want more support of our government our industrialism.

i want to be more perfect in my work regard technical and managerial skill.so that i will be gud position in company . i also think to start my own organization but before that i will be perfect.

i much inspires two man..ist..my brother in law..Mr Risikesh kumar.he is Auther and maths Teacher.he works bery hard.he left Govt job and star a tution..for a tWO StUDENT batch.he work hard.now he is very famous teacher in patna.he wrote many books for banking n school and now he is perfect .

2nd- Indian captan- Ms dhoni.he belong to small town city Ranchi. due to only hard work he will be succesful..hats of him....

they alwys want resul even you work hard they dont bother if result is not good even you are new ..just if any one not perform go with him..see wher he is lacking ...

My advice

Now a days is very competitive scenario without exp no one take you.so ist of all learn work .work hard. don't think for salary .once u having exp comp come and take you but first learn work.

Being different

i having always one thing in mind..i am not a common man. i am engineer. so that giving me power to think differently from others.its also help me to always learn.each day you learn something and apply.tats a thing.never forget you are not a common man. its giving you strength and power.

My important career decision

after pass btech i was selected in icici bank as a Assistant manager.but after a month i quit.because i dont having interst in bank po job. and i struggle really hard to became a successful engineer. my ist salary is 8500..next 16000 next 24000 and now 30000 per month...so its show how i work hard.now i am post of Gazetted officer.. so i think after resigning my career turns.
