Anoop Sharma's Advice
Be humble
Very humble, very patient, a person who understands someones problem not only professionally but also personally, should not be over confident. Try to understand the needs of an individual.
Degree that I recommend
I would like to recommend B.Tech (IT) or MCA [Regular] from a reputed institute with focus towards practical knowledge.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
It is like, a person has been given all the resources but he/she does not know how to use those resources. We have an education system in which you have the books and thats all. You have to learn the topics written in the books. The practical approach can only be found in the big shot colleges or institutions but when it comes to mediocre or average ranked institution, the practical approach is missing altogether. The rat race is going on towards achieving the 95% to 99% grades on a regular basis. No one is concerned about the final outcome which is knowledge.
Important decision
Finally decided to pursue or complete the Graduation.
Initiative to develop a country
They should promote and retain the talent wherever, whenever necessary. If an employee is not happy then the employer should try to come up with a solution so that this unhappiness can be converted into happiness.
More about myself
I want to do something innovative and constructive. My ultimate dream is to open a school (a very hi-tech school) with all the features like AC Rooms, Disability Friendly, Concession for Poor (If required then no fees at all), NO CONCESSION to RICHES, Sporting Facilities, A Gymnasium, A Swimming Pool, Projector based learning, Emphasis towards practicals and so many other amenities.
Important lesson learned
Money is something that can buy anything.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Very humble, very patient, a person who understands someones problem not only professionally but also personally, should not be over confident. Try to understand the needs of an individual.
My family background
My father expired when I was only 10 years old. My mother and spouse are housewives. My brother is a Software Professional. I have been blessed with a sweet little daughter. She is only 3 years old.
My achievements
I have a well organised and cooperate family. My family always stands besides me no matter what the odds are.
Brief description about me
I am a keen enthusiast of C, C++ and Linux (CUI). I like to write programs mainly using C. If provided, I would also like to work on Linux. Although, I am working in BPO for the last 6 years. I learnt many new things working in this industry. Once, I will be a Graduate, I can work on these technologies. I am a very straight forward person. If I like something, I appreciate it. However, on the other hand, if I don't like something then at times I can be very blunt. I know it is a negative trait but this is how I am. I love to travel. I like peaceful places more than the crowded places. I like fresh air, a mountain with full of greenery.
Ensuring success
I don't want to change myself even if I become rich one day. I want to help poor people to the possible extent. I want to join politics one day to improve the political condition in India.
My role model
Sachin Tendulkar. That guy is a true Icon and an inspiration to many generations. He has achieved everything which a sportsperson can dream of. Even after achieving every height in his professional career, he still remains the same person (very down to earth). No controversy ever been registered against this great man in his very long career of 23 years.
My strongest skill
C, C++ and Linux
Influenced by
That person would be my Beloved Mother. She has felt almost every kind of pain in her life which I can think of. I would like to give her every happiness of life and the people who created moments filled with pain, I would like to teach them a lesson.
Couple of years from now
I will complete the Graduation and then working in a good IT Organisation.
