Taking phone calls and transferring the same, setting conferences
on daily basis, Purchasing gifts, cards & vouchers etc. Getting
the display board decorated & updated, according to the various
occasion like birthday, anniversary or some internal official
occasions. Checking for the birthday cubical weather decorated or
not. Checking the phone instruments, printers and the other
equipments, for all the labs once in a week. Looking after the
issues related to EPBX system. Partly also looking for some IT
activities for E.g. 1) Allotting STD & ISD codes as per the
request 2) Answering the queries related to IT etc Updating
issues for Travel & IT. Booking domestic tickets for the internal
as well as external employees and also booking Hotel room for the
employees for serval trips and getting the Guest House booking &
Cab booking done for the employees on deputation. Taking care of
all the visitors coming to front office, assisting them for their
respective reason of visit and getting them served water, tea &
coffee as per their wish. Also taking follow ups for certain
vendors, as the florist, coral engineer (Mr.Kothekar), Harry's
bakery for the cakes, ordered for Group meets.
