My views on India Technical development

No Doubt there is no lack of talent in our country but all the talent finding there ways for a better life outside the country & the reason for such thing is Population of the country as the big resources also get influnced by the big people so selection of the best is not there in the industry. As we all aware that in India there is no problem of Man Power, One goes thousands of other needy in low cost are ready to come so the industry don't care & so the people& thet went outside for the better opportunities where they have value, money & respect to gain.

Managing personal and professional life

For a leader forecasting of the future is the main thing, besides that patience level of an individual gives balance to his plannings as his patience power helps him not to panic at the worst & to make out a solution with cool mind & if anyone will do the same at its best then he will the best leader.

Judging myself only & doing competition with me only everytime then only the best came out from a person.

In present scenario every individual wants to grow very fast & wants to be the most successful in his life but in that he looses his patience & he starts falling to the ground. If you look at the every successful person he or she will only successful because behind that there is lot of hardship, smart work,intellegence,future forecasting & patience which are the base of a successful person. They have also seen the downfalls but they don't get afraid or don't became impatient they just continue with there karma & then only they become sucessful,by learning from there mistakes of past they get more stronger.SO just keep smiling always whatever be the situation because smile & sadness are the two parts of a coin called as LIFE.
