Stability of my family and my career, starting from zero to Current position and still going ahead with same confidence.

Initiative to develop a country

Not to run behind money only, but to to their duties with full zeal and devotion. But in most of cases I've seen the people are not sincere about their jobs. Either they are looking for job changes to get higher package, or few of them busy in leg pulling to grow in same company.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Education System of India is good, but our government has made it very expensive, due to which, mentality of all students diverts from working to making money.

He must have the knowledge of his field and he must know how to get the jobs get completed on time from his team.

Important lesson learned

Do your jobs and let other people do their jobs. Share your ideas and knowledge, and always be punctual.
