Family Background

I belongs to a very Aware & Humble family whereby my grandfather was Founder of several schools & colleges in my villages and inspiration & motivation for lacs of people around 300 villages as a Headmaster from 1950 to 1970. At the same time my father BTECH & MTECH and susequently Indian Air Force Officer from 1965-75; undisputed LEADER & fighter for common people in and around 300 villages etc.

The Journey So Far:

I had started my first my first full time job after my PGDBM – Finance & HR long back in 1998 as an Assistant Branch Manager and when I left M/s PF Ltd. (NBFC) in Mumbai after 4 years in 2002; my last designation with them was VP – Operations (accountable & responsible for managing - Learning, Training & Development, Counselling & Consulting, F&A, Sales & Marketing, HR & Administration and conducting – EDP/ MDP/ TTT/OD/ TNA/L&D/Competency Mapping/ Empowerment/ Career Development/MBTI/ Succession Planning etc.)

The Decisions That Matter

I had started my first full time career as an Assistant Branch Manager - Banking & Financial Services but within 6 month I forced by Top Level to take the charge of HR operations for entire 30 Branch Offices & 200 Collection Centers - Pan India and it continued till 4 years.

I have already conducted my teaching & training, counselling & consulting for students, staff, faculty, all heads in 12 States – Delhi, Rajasthan, UP, Jharkhand, Haryana, Punjab, W.B. Maharashtra, Bihar, Karnataka, AP, and Tamil Nadu etc. including 60 cities in India.

I have already mentored 1, 00,000 students in 250+ institutions and 50,000 Executives/Managers in 250+ organizations.

To add, I have already taught 46 subjects/topics for BTECH/MCA/MBA/PGDM/BBA/BCA on behalf of reputed universities like KLU, OU, JNTU, SMU, PTU, JHU, GJU, RTU, GGSIPU, ICFAI, IGNOU, CCSU & UPTU etc.

Working Life Management:

I plan everything in far advance due to which I never felt CRISIS in my life. I know how to manage my personal & professional life.

Role Model:

Undoubtedly, he was my father. He had told all of us in the family very clearly that be a true MENTOR i.e believe in only ACT OF GIVING without expecting anything from any one in this universe even from your own son, daughter, wife, brother, sister, blood relations, neighbours, relatives and outsiders etc.
