Brief description about me
I am Amiya Kumar Pati, a student of 1st Year studying in Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam. I am currently pursuing BA.LLB(Integrated) 5 Years Course. Earlier, I was pursuing B.Tech in a recognized university in Bhubaneswar, but i left it in between as i was not feeling content with whatever i was doing. I have managed a group of 10 students while we were in BITS,Pilani attending a Parliamentary debate. I was the Group Leader from our college.
Challenges in job
This course is a lengthy one. It will take 5 years out of my life, but i am assured that whatever i wanted to study i got it. As law is taking its sphere in the current era, this profession will take me to heights after i complete it.
Job made easy
There is nothing called Easy or Hard. I am totally dedicated to my studies, and this will help me in the nearer future.
Upcoming Trends
Law is taking its angle nowadays. It has come out of its cobweb of Litigation and has expanded into the Horizon with Corporate,Taxation, Intellectual Property, etc. These upcoming fields will give me a bright opportunity to do well in life :)
My view on India technical developments
The main reason for the above failure is BRAIN DRAIN. Yes, i am talking about brain drain. Hundreds of engineers pass out from the elite technical institutes of our country. But do we have any check on the number of students who go abroad for higher studies or for working for the foreign countries. The answer is a straight NO. Our country does not support the young talents to showcase their innovations, rather they are down stepped in every step. This is the very cause why the young minds are going abroad.
My goal
After 5 years, I will be completing my BA.LLB and will be appearing for the Indian Judicial Services. I want to help my country a bit in the cobweb of litigation.
