Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am from a middle class family, living with mother and brother. Father was senior superintendent in KSEB. My first and best inspiration is my great and small family.

Working Life Management:

I believe in technology. So by spending the little time with my work helps me a lot to do with technology. Due to this, I have great time to spend with my relationship. the management of work life balance is so easy for me, life gives most relax and energetic time so the less time in work is enough.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

Its going very competitive than my start-up. But feel awesome to know the dramatic changes in profession. And also grabbing new knowledge in work and life. its really experiencing the work as an experiment.

Job Profile:

I started the company Innovador Technologies LLP. From its start i am acting as the CEO of company to make most possible growth. By taking good control over planning, management,community management, programmatic effectiveness, Brand Building. Through ideal decision bringing company to next level.

Degrees That Matter:

I don't think so. best and up to date industry knowledge and management skills can help its most. But a management or technical degree is a great add on to work smooth.

Done Differently:

I think I feels the heart beet of the IT industry. And believe its the right path. If it again starts, I should be make a lot changes in my profile. Especially tight technical knowledge and reviewing or comparison capacity. Only deep touch on industry can help me to overcome the today's competition.

Advice For New Professionals:

Don't think I am working for a company. Just merge yourself in company. That means work for yourself. I am sure it give best output that the professional expect.

The Journey So Far:

Its just a unexpected move. My start as a freelancer web designer. It make me to get a lot of need in the industry. step by step I studied the need and make a plane to fulfill it. A year long Hard online research help me to build the absolute right circumstances. That Tightly stick on industry needs

Growth Strategy:

Every time I should take care the need of industry and how much that need effect the industry. It help me to make possible changes in me. Its ensure the growth and development as a leader.

Role Model:

Its my father, Every time he empower my ideas and the movement. He share lots of examples in real life with me to encourage me while I disappointing. He help me to collect most valuable resources that help me to grow. He show how to live and manage work life. He was the right role model for me.

The Decisions That Matter

Most important is the selection of my own company, its really without any knowledge in management side. Then after the change of company work form web developing to a complete IT partner. And now feel its the right decision.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

I personally take two work of my department in my campus to make a function success with my web developing capabilities. I really proud myself to deliver the best in class output.
