Important decision

After Secondary Education, It was very important to take a decision on stream So I consult with my teachers and parents and decided to take science maths. Similarly After Sr Secondary, Again the stream So I have taken Engineering and in that Elect. & Comm. .Then For job I was not getting any call from core company then decided to go into IT sector and got selected in IBM.

Ensuring success

As I heard that If you want to grow in IT sector then you need to be updated so I am learning for that I am reading and implementing thing practically and preparing for certifications not through dumps but through gaining knowledge.

Important lesson learned

I want to share that what ever people say around us don't follow anyone. We just need to create our own path by our self.

My achievements

First of all, I got selected in IBM India Pvt Ltd that is my biggest achievement because I did not think about IBM in my dreams also But I did that.

Influenced by

Mr. Mahi(Dhoni) influenced me a lot in my life because of his decision making power, his coolness & his mind game.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

To improve Quality in education, I want to remove reservation from education system. But Still if Govt want to give reservation then they can give twice in a life who is eligible. Because people taking reservation for admission then for scholarship then for jobs and so on. So people who are not eligible for reservation they are not getting enough opportunity to prove them self.
and second one is Education system should be a centralized system because It will create competition for everyone so everyone will become a part of that.

Degree that I recommend

As for certification I will prefer certification on the stream on which i am working like i am working on ETL tool so i would prefer DATASTAGE certification.
As for degree I want to do MBA after three year experience .

Initiative to develop a country

As part of IT sector, Outsourcing is the professional that can be helped to India to become developed.
