I love organisational behaviour.As a teacher and administrator too I solve many problem related to organisational behaviour.I love artificial intelligence too.

Unique way of teaching

Teaching should be practical oriented.We should judge each and every student and guide them according to their quality.Many time we force student to choose subject in India which is not a healthy process.Learning should be a matter of joy and fun.

Most Challenges facing by students

Technology is changing everyday.Now world is more competitive due to globalization.Today all study material is available but level of competition is also global.The same time student feel loneliness,relationship regarding problem.Students are not trained well enough to cope up with depression and anxiety.

Outlook about increase students’ participation

Student should participate in social activity.They should visit village and spent some time with farmer,in slums.Student should be aware about real problems in country.If student know the problem he can solve them.

About Me

I am a computer engineer.Did B.E,MBA,M.Tech and now try to en-roll in PHD program.I select teaching because I want to express myself and in teaching I can make a lot of time to reading writing.reading writing is my hobby so I select this field.But I also want to do job as a police officer.Indian government should make opportunity to teachers who want to do job as a police officer or other for a limited period of time.

Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam is my role model.His simplicity and way of living motivate me.

My Advice

Teaching is not a type of time pass.Your responsibility increases because you are not only responsible for imparting knowledge,moral development amongst student is also your duty.

My priorities

I am flexible in this matter.I love protocol but many time I use my heart to schedule time.I break protocols many times because I am in teaching field not in a military or Police.By the way I love to go in class at time and maintain all type of records.

Future of Indian Education System

There is a big change in technology.Teaching field is more challenging now a days because all study material are easily available to student.So student go to google and wikepedia first and when they field confusion come to teacher.A teacher should update himself/herself daily.

Most Rewarding Moment

When all of my student (128)passed in my subject.I was on cloud 9 that time.Once upon a time when I was teaching a hard topic to student.Suddenly I found that all student are aware about that topic and they know well about that topic.

Way to motivate Students

I keep my interest in students project and also make my projects and discuss it to students.I treat student as a friend and always told them that they are smarter than me and they are able to handle all types of Project.

Family Background

I belongs from a simple farmer family.My grandfather was a farmer and father was in government job.My mother is home maker.My wife and 7 month son lives away from me due to familiar reason.And there is many disputes in my family as usual.

Favorite Non-Academic books

I read all types of books and magazines.I love spiritual books.And due to spirituality I cope up with my loneliness.Due to these books I realise that there is god in each and every part of universe.

Important Lesson

There is only constant and that is changes.The whole universe is driven by some spiritual force.

Outlook about way to raise quality education

Our country should focus to free their student to choose subject they want to read.The annual budget of education should increases and only experts of particular fields are entertained to advise about that field.
