Ensuring success

I make impulsive decisions. And as the story goes, impulse does land one in a mess . I am in what i call a happy mess. Phoenix like , with every fall, i like to rise. So, i don't ever fear a mess, i don't fear falling. Ask anybody to say something about Alet. They'll say , the !@#$er gets away with the girl. The girl here, is Black Bean Engagement and her success.

My achievements

My achievement lies in my team. They are my biggest strength, my worst critics and best friends. They facilitate all my achievements, the give me a cushion when i fall. They are who i am proud of.

Important lesson learned

Education never stops. You think your done with school, you got college to look at, and the story continues. You land in your dream job and you sigh. Am done with Padhai. Uh uh friend. Everyday you learn something new. Everyday is a school you've enrolled into the day you realized you exist.

Important decision

Starting Black Bean Engagement is the best and the most important decision i have made and watching it grow to the highest level is what i aspire to do.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Get some practical knowledge , some hands on training and get out of the books! Please! Books educate you. Actual working is what does the real teaching.

My family background

My family has my dad, my brother whose a chef in Canada and my wife , who works in corp comm at a noted MNC.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

He needs to just understand the strengths and the weaknesses of his team. Nurture the strengths and convert the weaknesses into opportunity! Sorted!

Multiple locations. Better service offerings and working towards making technology more accessible
