Money vs Job Satisfaction

Actually for everyone, job satisfaction is more important. Because if you are getting a high pay scale but working with the organisation in which you are not interested, then every time you will have tension in your mind about your work.

My job profile

This time, i am working with infinity e services pvt. ltd. There i am working as computer engineer. My work is that if any of the computer has problem then i have to resolve it, either it is hardware problem or software problem.

My corporate journey

I am start my career as a trainee. After that i got another job opportunity in a BPO. After that when i thought that it is not the field i want to work, change my mind and give an interview to infinity as computer engineer(fresher) and selected.

Language with embedded systems

Embedded system normaly used c and c++, i think they will also used in future the most

My accomplishments

Start with a trainee, now within an year i am sr. engineer.

My Important role

When i was working with BPO, that time there came a situation, that time a new product was launched by the company and we had to sell that. But that company's products are not so popular in market. But we had to make a lead of 70 in first 7 days. But we failed to make a single lead in 2 days. After that in 5 days i was the only guy who made a lead of 85, and rest of all just crossed the 10. That time i got a big prize for my work.

Advice to professionals

Actually i am not a big businessman/person, but i want to say that do the work which your heart allow, if there is any type of risk, dont make your feet back just do that.
After that you have to clear your motto, your vision.

After 5 years

Actually, i want to be a free man. Want to do our own business, and i hope i will get success. I am a creative person, so i felt bore by doing the same work continue.

Books recommended

Actually i have not a lot of experience, but i recommend the silicon india, times of india and yahoo websites. And i really dont know about the books or publication houses

Every product is an embedded device, and this field is evergreen and will.

My view on India Technical development

This is our thinking. From childhood we learnt that we will have to do study. Otherwise we won't get any job, if we have no job, then how we care about family. So we are just looking for a job always, never think about new invention. Thats why all our country talent not utilized. We have to change the mentality of mango people. After that change the study system.

My family background

I have a good family background. Father and mother both are educated. Father is a govt. lecturer, mother is a housewife. My grandfather was a soldier in indian army. Overall an excellent family background. Family always support me for my decisions.

Degree recommended

Yes, for embedded industry there are many courses after b.tech. If we do those courses and also do training in some organisation like AERF Noida, it will help a lot

My role model

My role model is our former president Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, and i dont think in our country there is anyone who dont know them. When i was a student, that time i read the autobiography of Dr. Abdul Kalam, and became a great fan of them.
