More about myself
Leadership -leadership is in every way a journey. A journey because you're always going where you may not have gone before. It's a journey of learning how to deal with different people's differing aspirations and fears, a journey of growth where you constantly push the envelope for the entire team. And it's above all, a journey of personal transformation. As a leader, you learn just how much of a follower you also are when the team begins to lead you with its expectations.

Influenced by
My awesome dad :) he taught me about life: making wise decisions, firmly standing on your principles, being emotionally strong, staying contented with what you have, keeping relationships and simply being happy.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Most great leaders do not become great by chance. It takes a certain type of individual to become a great leader and there are several things that all great leaders have in common. These things are essential leadership qualities that are required for leaders in all areas of life. The first essential quality required in a leader is integrity. Integrity is something that explains a person's inner values and a person's integrity is displayed through his outward actions. Magnanimity is another essential quality that simply means to give credit where it is due.To display genuine magnanimity, a person must not be looking for attention to make himself look better, but must be willing to make those around him, stand out. Finally, a great leader should be inspiring to those around him. He should display a sense of encouragement and should be a positive thinker. Great leaders are able to influence others to do a great job with whatever they are doing.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
I see India’s education system as a stumbling block towards its objectives of achieving inclusive growth. The really critical aspect of Indian public education system is its low quality. The actual quantity of schooling that children experience and the quality of teaching they receive are extremely insufficient. A common feature most of the schools is the poor quality of education, with weak infrastructure and inadequate pedagogic attention.Certain policy measures need to be taken by the government. The basic thrust of government education spending today must surely be to ensure that all children have access to schools and to raise the quality of education. One of the ways in which the problem of poor quality of education can be tackled is through common schooling. This essentially means sharing of resources between private and public schools.
Important lesson learned
The three top lessons that have made me a content person are:
1. I have no way of controlling what others say and do, I can only control my reaction.
2. I might not be able to change my circumstances in life, but I can certainly change my attitude.
3. People need to feel loved. Show others you love and respect them always.
4.Failures are only lessons. – Good things come to those who still hope even though they’ve been disappointed, to those who still believe even though they’ve tasted failure, to those who still love even though they’ve been hurt. So never regret anything that has happened in your life; it cannot be changed, undone or forgotten. Take it all as lessons learned and move on with grace.

Brief description about me
I am a very straightforward person who likes to take things as the way it goes in a composed way. Life is all about how you think positively and I feel that a positive outlook at any aspect in life will shape our character. I also like to take new challenges in life which indeed makes the person I am. I always try to better myself in all the forms of life and I believe that it is these continuous efforts to produce better results that have helped me reach where I am.
Couple of years from now
I'm a person with motivated thoughts I would see myself as a hero every time and I don't have destinys in my life. I believe in present. I will always be back of next minute and I look forward to it. So, overall. So I see myself each and every day to compete with the hob ahead.
