Awards and achievements:
Written a Malayalam book on 'The Success Formulae of Two Cities', with an English summary thereof. The book is on Singapore, world's most successful city of the 20th century, and on Brazilian city Porot Alegre's Innovation as world's most efficient known Socio-econommic Development process.
