Actually i've completed my graduation with science stream then i've done MBA so whenever i want to apply for government job in Account dept. then the required eligibility is Bcom, Mcom, ICWAI,& CA buy till now i've master degree so want recommend for ICWAI & CA.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

In my point of view he/she should be flexible and should accept all the challenges. Should be enthusiastic , honest and keen minded.

the most crucial thing is our profession is "concentration". i do my work with full concentration towards the work and cool minded.

Influenced by

Here i'll not talk about a star or business tycoons who has influenced me but some peoples in my era who has really influenced me such my friends and relatives who were nothing from some time ago but now they are in very prestigious designation. Because they have done very hard work and study.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Firstly i am entirely against to reservation in education in India and miming in exam. The condition of government school basically class 1 to 8 is very poor and if you go with private English medium school that is very costly. So if you want to do good education you should be belong a sound family excepting some people which are exception. So condition of government school should be strong and should not reservation in Education.

Initiative to develop a country

I thing we have to do our work very honestly and always try to do something different & trendy.

My achievements

Till date nothing but i am trying to do something on that i can feel proud myself.

Couple of years from now

Around five years i am in Profession where i am living a simple life but not luxurious life. i am not satisfied entirely.

Right now searching a good company with a smart salary and doing preparation for government job.

First of all i would like to say thanks to SilliconIndia for choosing me for a tremendous interview infront of you guys. So my name is Abhisehk Shukla and i belong from Kanpur and i 've completed my MBA from PTU with finance. I am working in MAAC from last 3 years as an Accounts executive.

I belong a middle class family my father is business man ( General merchant shop) and mother is housewife. I have three sibling including me.
