They can do there bit by educating the uneducated and also make a conscious effort to stay focused in their area of expertise. nowadays, people want to try out their LUCK and not their ability, trying lay hands on everything, Like it is wisely said, jack of all master of none!!! Their are few exceptions but people usually dont become expert in all the fields they want to get into. When they stick to one field, they become experts over a period of time, thereby help and guide the youth in choosing the right career path. Todays' youth is of many options but really dont know where to get in and have a successful career.
Advice For Fellow HR Leaders:
Yess!!! Please consider your people as individual asset and not as a mere resource. But otherwise HR leaders are doing great, but suggest them to help the people and guide them to grow up to new levels
Leadership Programs in Place:
Empowered leadership program, Executive & high potential coaching, Corporate breakthroughs to name quiet a few. I personally feel, people who under go these programs have definitely experienced positive change. Handling issues like change management and assessment development centres etc

The only thing what I can say is, simplt to maintain transparency with your folks in your organization. This helps a lot to the organization in growing and also cuts down the attrition rates.

Down size human resources. Get people working into different tasks. Why not multi tasking?!

Education has become a pure business. Would request the institutions to give out quality education. When you deliver quality, you tend get recognition and branding through out. Exorbitant fees will make todays youth think twice to complete his education. This is one of the reason for the youths to drop education mid way.
