Originated and managed the Parwanoo (HP) subsidiary of M/s Indo Asian Fusegear Limited that produces MCB’s, RCCB’s and CFL’s at Parwanoo plant. Through effective engineering skills & operations management increased the plant from zero to Rs. 4 Crore per month within one and a half year of business. Strategically planned all aspects of the company from site selection and making strategy to personnel selection, training and development and implementing new thoughts in production process to improve productivity, reducing order aging and takt time to meet demands of market in time.
• Strategically planned and implemented all aspects of production and infrastructure for Parwanoo plant.
• Interacted with Corporate in routine to coordinate for day to day activities and solve problems (If any)
• Proactively pursued system changes that would better meet the needs of marketing.
• Improved the profitability levels of the company by reducing inventory levels, reducing order aging and improving productivity levels.
• Personally responsible for productionising the plant from site selection level within a short period of two months.

Responsible for planning & managing all technical problems and commercial issues related to materials.
• Indigenised all components of the product within a span of 4 months to reduce the cost of raw materials and hence improve profitability of the product.
• Proactively pursued design changes that would better meet the needs of customer.
• Using the Kaizen theory & management and Goldratt’s theory of constraints – gradual and steady improvement to get the maximum potential – built excellent customer service that helped gain greater market penetration.

Responsible for planning and organizing maintenance of plant and machinery and improving the up time of the equipments for better efficiency.
• Proactively pursued the new technological advancements to improve the equipments and hence the productivity leading to higher profitability of the company.
• Reduced cycle time by reorganizing the layouts of the plant and hence meeting the customer requirements in time and hence the order aging.
• Personally responsible for the successful implementation of ISO 9000 systems in the department and also a trained internal auditor of the systems.
• Using the theories of Total Productive Maintenance improved the efficiency levels of the machines and hence the productivity of the plant.
