I have 20+ years of experience on the Internet, Digital Marketing, IT and software industry. Currently the CEO of the Professional Aptitude Council (PAC), a global organization serving professionals, corporations and academic institutions. I was one of the top three leaders of sapient for 17 years.I pioneered the firms methodology for delivering fixed-price, fixed-time projects.

I was the second employee to join Sapient in 1991 and part of the
early team that bootstrapped the company. Played many different
roles in the early years - from project management, sales,
marketing, and client management. We took the company public in
1996 and in the latter part of the '90's I focused on geographic
growth across the US and into Europe and India. Took over as COO
in 2001 and in this role I managed global sales and delivery.
