Sanjay Jha

Sanjay is the CEO of Motorola mobility, a communications corporation headquartered in Illinois. He previously worked as the co-chief executive officer of Motorola and was appointed to the present position in the year 2008.

Sanjay created big news in the corporate world by emerging as the highest paid CEO in America, according to a survey report. He is the only CEO to receive a compensation package of more than $100 million, with a total payout exceeding $104 million in the year 2008.

Sanjay is the driving force behind the company’s innovation and industry management across the mobile devices and digital home technology sectors. Furthermore, he has helped the company to come up with product innovations which provide greater consumer experiences by implementing advanced software functions and designs.

Sanjay started his career as a senior engineer at Qualcomm in 1994 and later on was promoted to vice-president of engineering. He served many leading positions in the company and also played a prominent role in taking the company towards success.

Sanjay received Ph.D in electronic and electrical engineering from the University of Strathclyde and completed his engineering from the University of Liverpool.
