Sabita Singh
Born in rural Bihar, Sabita Singh immigrated to U.S. as a child with her family. She was raised in rural Pennsylvania, and went to Pennsylvania State University where she got her Bachelor's Degree in the Administration of Justice. Later she got her law degree from Boston University School of Law and then did a clerkship with the Massachusetts Superior Court.
Sabita was also the Legal Director for Project Alliance, which is youth crime prevention initiative.
Sabita is known to have worked on several high profile cases in the office that includes the Eddie O'Brien juvenile murder case out of Somerville- the case which was tried by the District Attorney for many times where she finally secured a conviction for first degree murder.
Singh also founded the North American South Asian Bar Association (NASABA), an organization that is formed for the attorneys in the United States and Canada who originate from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and other nations from the Indian subcontinent.
