Launched at 7,999 Swipe Elite Note Hosts Impressive Features

BENGALURU: Telecom Startup Company Swipe Technologies has launched its new Android based note phone Swipe Elite Note. The phone is exclusively available for sale on Flipkart. The phone features Swipe Technologies’ Freedom OS (based on Android 5.1 Lollipop), a 5.5 inch HD IPS display, 3 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, a 13 MP rear cam, 5 MP front cam, and 3000 mAh battery. Swipe Technologies first came into the news back in 2012 when they launched first of its kind 3D tablet. After receiving Subsequent funding the firm has been engaged in developing budget smart phone for its customers. Swipe Elite Note is launched keeping the same in mind segmented at a price of INR 7,999.

Design & Display

Available in black color, the phone gives impressive first impressions with a sleek 77.1x154x8.4 mm design weighed at 194 g. The magnesium alloy used in casing offers a graceful metallic look. The 5.5 inch IPS screen offers a HD, 1280 X 720 Pixels display resolution with 16 M colors giving tough fight to competitive models.

Battery

The Li-Ion 3000 mAh removable battery is capable of providing talk time of 14 hrs on 2g and 12 hrs on 3g with a standby time of 300 hrs on 2g network.

Internet and Connectivity

Similar to other latest phones in India, the phone supports 2g, 3g, and 4g LTE networks. The preinstalled Android browser makes sure you are able to get the best of the web on your phone on-the-go. The 3.5 mm audio jack supports a variety of hands free and headsets to make your music experience vivid. The phone also features connectivity tools such as Bluetooth (v4), WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n), WiFi Hotspot and USB tethering, and is able to connect with a USB OTG memory stick.

Camera

The 13 MP Sony make rear camera helps your record HD video at 1280 x 720 and features Smile Shot, Face Detection, Auto Focus, and Continuous Shot technologies. For the selfie freaks the phone also comes with a 5 MP front camera that captures stunning selfies.

Elite Note runs on a 1.3 GHz MTK6735 64-bit Quad Core processor. With 3GB RAM and Mali-T720 graphics the promises no lag while browsing the internet, paying games, and/or multitasking as per user’s needs.

Elite Note is a dual SIM phone (LTE + GSM) and uses micro SIM for network connectivity. It is packed with sensors viz. Accelerometer, Proximity Sensor, Light Sensor, G-Sensor with a SAR Value of 0.963 W/Kg.
