Bangalore: Off late, India has turned into an online shopaholic. Rather than the traditional methods of shopping, people are buying everything from key chains to lingerie to even automobiles by sitting in their homes using their internet enabled devices.

This interesting buying and selling behavior of India is revealed by eBay Census, an annual eBay report currently running in its 5th edition.

Even though the e-commerce industry in India is currently at a nascent stage with $800 million market, it is expected to grow rapidly to become $5 billion in 2015, eBay India's Head - Marketplace Experience, Santosh J Rao said.
